You'll need to select a file to serve as the virtual hard disk for your new virtual machine. Optionally, you can specify an unused system partition to use for the VM, but this is not recommended for beginners.

For the host network configuration, select "Shared physical device" to use the network bridge we created earlier. This will make your new virtual machine appear as another host on your LAN.

Decide how much memory and CPU power you want your virtual machine to be able to make use of. It's best not to specify more processors than the number of physical CPUs in your server for performance reasons.

You'll be given a chance to review your new virtual machine's configuration before proceeding with the install. Assuming everything is correct, click "Finish" to launch your operating system installer inside the new virtual machine.
