When prompted, select your language and territory.

Keyboard selection is next. I usually answer "no" to keyboard layout detection and manually pick mine from the list.

Pick a hostname for the system. I've gone with "ubuntu-demo" here, but you may want to choose something more descriptive (such as "vpshost").
